How To Install Any CurseForge Modpack On Your Minecraft Server

This guide will outline the steps to take when using the CurseForge rocketer.



1. Install the CurseForge launcher, which can be done from here - https://curseforge.overwolf.com/ 2. Browse the Curse modpack list for the modpack that you want to install. Click "Minecraft" on the side-bar and then click "Browse Modpacks". 3. Once you have located the pack you would like, click on it (But don't click the "Install" button).



4. Click the button to "Download Server Pack".



5. Download the zip file and save it to your computer. 6. After downloading is complete, extract the files to a folder. 7. Name the.jar file that is NOT called "minecraft_server" "custom.jar" (This will be called "Forge" or "name of the pack).



Notice: In some cases you will need the Forge Installer file to install the library files. This is usually the case when a folder called "libraries" doesn't exist yet.



8. Upload the contents of the folder (not the directory itself) to the base directory of your server via FTP. We recommend using FileZilla (FileZilla guide).



It is possible for.bat and/or.sh files to not upload. Don't worry. This is normal. These files are not required.



9. On the control panel, set your 'Server Type' to the Custom JAR option as seen in the image below:



10. Start your server. Server Stat Now you can start your CurseForge modpack.
