It's time to reveal a truth that many MMO players aren't yet aware of: All DPS players are sharks. You might be wondering why the majority of DPS seem addicted to the chant "GOGOGO" because they are aware that slowing down even for one second can cause them to die. PAXTON'S BLOG They must continue swimming and killing. This is what MMOs do to sharks. Don't ask a shark how they are capable of typing or playing the game; just realize that the rogue who does not wait for the tank or the healer, or even the other DPS cannot avoid doing what is happening. He's an animal.

One of the Massively staff members might be a shark, however I can neither confirm nor claim that. Perhaps he or she reveals his or his or her status as a shark in this week's WRUP or it's just a normal summary of our weekend plans like we do every week. You won't find out until you've read the following section. However you can inform us by letting us know what you're up to. just another blog or something

@Beau_Hindman - I am definitely playing more State of Decay. It's a fantastic game and easily is one of my top choices for single-player games of the year. I'm trying out MMORPGs. I'll be playing the latest version of DC Universe Online and getting some action in Neverwinter. I believe that Neverwinter to be among the most beautiful and -sounding MMOs.

@nbrianna: I returned to World of Warcraft with a group of guildies. I'll be leveling old toons and checking out some Pandaria Dungeons I've never explored. Should be an enjoyable experience!

@Eliot_Lefebvre World of Warcraft is currently my game of choice for my side. While there are some aspects that I'm not satisfied with, it's something I am enjoying. Beyond that, there's bound to be more Final Fantasy XIV questing to do and various endgame shenanigans to participate in, so that'll be my primary concentration.

@Sypster - I don't have any big plans for the weekend. I'm in the pre-launch countdown mode for Lord of the Rings Online: Helm's Deep, I'm likely to run more scenarios in The Secret World and perhaps play around with this World of Warcraft thing the youngsters are all over these days.

@mvmatt: My weekend plans include soup, schoolwork and in the event of luck -- some video games. I'll be dipping into Warhammer Online to remind myself why I left it (and think about the things that almost forced me to stay) before the servers shut down in the coming month. Beyond that, I would love to get back into Guild Wars 2 or The Secret World. I have been neglecting them for a while. Maybe, just maybe, I can stop some fools on Battlefield 4.

@MikedotFoster: This weekend I'm looking into the Three Spirits Dota 2 update. I'll also get back in World of Warcraft; that Warlords of Draenor announcement has me excited again.

@MJ_Guthrie: I plan to focus the majority of my gaming time (and I'll be playing whatever it is!) trying to do more in the fight against Filth in The Secret World. I would love that pet and the bee suit so bad and even though I don't think there is any way I'll get enough tokens, I am still going to try! Did I mention I am stubborn? When I'm not working I'll be playing in a handful of scenarios and experimenting with new designs. I will also be trying out various races to be my new Channeler in EverQuest II. I've narrowed it down to Ratonga and Kerra. After that, it will take me about 30 hours to personalize the look. The name is just the beginning.

@RichieProcopio - This weekend I'll be euphoric. I'm not going to a frat gathering. I'll be visiting the Tower of Nightmares in Guild Wars 2 to see what Scarlet and her new serpentine comrades have been up to in Kessex Hills. Oh, and Hearthstone!

Each weekend, we get together with the Massively staff members and ask them, "What are you playing this week?" (Otherwise known as: WRUP!) Join us to discover what we're doing both in and out of the game -- and catch us in the comments to tell us the games you're playing!
