Be careful with loud radios and music. Once I had music playing loudly and I did not hear emergency vehicles around me. I could have collided with one of them. From that time on, I always kept my music to a moderate level.
If you live in the Stamford area Stamford Hospital is celebrating Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The Hospital has a Mobile Wellness Program which provides all digital mammography screenings and follow-up services year-round for about 1,200 women who are under and uninsured. In addition, the Carl and Dorothy Bennett Cancer Center is located there as well.
Other motorists were exiting off of Hillside to find different routes to their destinations due to the high volume of traffic now on Hillside. It too my daughter and myself close to 15 minutes to drive from the Kellogg and Hillside are to 9th and Hillside. Once we were past 9th Street, traffic opened up until about 15th Street where tree trimming crews had closed the right lane of Hillside northbound to work. This caused further congestion on Hillside.
The Crash is a shore wreck dive, that actually has nothing to do with a plane crash. There's a small plane at this reef that actually feel in the water when the USS Erie was hit by a torpedo. The plane itself is no longer in great shape, and some say isn't too recognizable, but the surrounding reef is impressive. Expect to see lots of coral heads in this area and to dive between 30 and 100 feet.
In the grand scheme of things, use your head. It's easy to fly off the handle when something didn't go your way. We tend to exaggerate things when they're bad and diminish things when they're good. That's just human nature, which is why nobody takes a second look at a boy scout helping an old lady across the street but will cause a traffic jam 10 miles long when they see a five traffic pile up on the Garden State Parkway. God I avoid that road like the plague if I can.
The next issue hinges on the believability of the movie's plot. No one knows for sure the depth of the actual relationship between Austen and Lefroy. The movie makes several leaps of faith, creating a deep love between the two main characters. There is, of course, little substantial proof that Austen and Lefroy were as close as the movie suggests. By her own account, she was fond of him, and the general consensus among Austen scholars is that Lefroy was the basis for Mr. Darcy (for those of you who continued reading up to this point instead of turning on The Deadliest Catch, Mr. Darcy is a hero of Austen's classic Pride & Prejudice).
Oh big deal, you might be saying. So the characters are different from the game. Surely the fight scenes are well crafted? No Sir. The dialogue? This is the type of film that makes you want to hunt down who wrote it and kick them square in the sack just as a matter of principle. This movie is like a kick to the nuts, just one big game of Rochambeau.
